Check the real cost before you commit
- Ask for the complete price: Registration, uniforms, equipment, travel, lodging, meals and payment fees.
- Ask about access: Scholarships, fee waivers, installment plans, used-equipment exchanges, transport and nearby recreational alternatives. These may not be offered by every organizer.
- Check the conditions: Age, location, team level, documentation, deadline, capacity and refund policy. Get the answer from the organizer, not a social-media promise.
- Protect privacy: A parent or guardian should handle youth applications. Do not post a child’s address, private records or benefit documents here. This page has no application or document-upload form.
A no-purchase plan for this week
- Day 1: Read one official recruiting guide and write down your questions. No paid profile is needed for this step.
- Day 2: Choose a suitable free practice activity using equipment you already have. Ask a coach or guardian if you are unsure about suitability.
- Day 3: Identify one realistic local program and ask about total costs, assistance and transport before paying.
- Day 4: Use the free next-step planner to organize preparation. It does not send applications, store a player profile or decide eligibility.
